Mon Coach Sommeil is an application designed by sleep specialists to help you find and maintain quality sleep for days in physical and mental shape.

Create your profile by entering your date of birth, indicate the time when you have to get up and the application will indicate the maximum sleeping time recommended to be in full possession of your physical and intellectual means.

A dashboard and a summary of your daily and weekly data (Mood of the day, Share, Last activity before bedtime, sleep duration, etc.) allows you to follow the evolution of your sleep and the consequences of a good or bad sleep.

To better accompany you, the application will notify you when it is time to prepare to go to bed, will remind you of the importance of a good sleep when you exceed the maximum recommended time to fall asleep and inform you about sleep by its messages.
