- The Archive Module allows us to remove the non -used publications from the digital bookshelf and search results list, and archives can be re -activated at any time and returned to the library.

- Folders: This brand new feature is a digital document collection module that allows you to create and attach custom documents and notes to any publication you are using, so you can assign a file to multiple books and magazines at a time. These folders appear in a separate menu item structured, earnally and rearranged.

- Synchronizing your own content between tools and applications: Every own content (favorites, bookmarks, notes, files) is automatically synchronized on the device where you use Smarteca. Of course, this feature only works with the same user.

- Extended search: We have a full text search on the bookshelf, the publication and separately in the table of contents of the publication. Search on the bookshelf can be filtered according to a area, format or publisher.

- Filling your own publications and documents to Smartec: The system allows you to upload your own materials and publications in Word, PDF or EPUB format. These can be used in the same way (search, own content, files, etc.) as the publications purchased.
