I was asked by a local property management company to develop an application for simple move-out inspections. This app asks the user for the address of the property, description of the property, and any repairs that need to be done. The user then can take pictures of the damaged areas and enter a short description of the picture. Once all information has been entered, the user can then send a email of the information and pictures.
