Receive orders digitally from e-Lips Transport Management System
A simple app for drivers to digitally receive transport orders from the TMS.
Orders can be planned in e-Lips TMS from the office and then sent digitally to the app. Calling, emailing, sending messages are all a thing of the past from now on.
All data required to drive and carry out an assignment are listed in the app. As a driver, you can always find the most up-to-date order information in the app.
When you start an assignment, you also indicate this in the app by clicking the play button of the assignment. Very simple to use but very informative, so planners at the office know that you are working on an assignment.
If you indicate that your assignment has been completed, you will automatically be asked assignment-specific questions, which have been devised by your colleagues at the office. Think of passing on a container, seal or document number or weight and numbers. This data is forwarded and automatically processed in e-Lips TMS. If desired, your colleagues at the office can link automatic communication to this. Then the container number and seal number will automatically be forwarded to the client.
You can take a photo of damage to the vehicle or equipment, but you can also take a scan photo of documents and send them digitally in the app. The app is intuitive and guides you through performing, answering and taking photos completely.
You may pre-notify containers to Portbase, DP World and PSA if your office has enabled these functions. This way you can request a TAR code with a time slot that you set yourself.
The icing on the cake is the automatic time processing. You no longer have to keep track of and pass on hours if your office uses eCao. Hours are received from the app and processed in eCao. With the eCao program, your hours worked and expenses are calculated in an instant.
eMobits saves both time and effort.
P.S. The app is multilingual, your language will also be included. Job data can also be translated into the desired language. Doesn't that happen! Then pass this on to your office, they can contact us for this.
